About Jenna Limardo:
Jenna is a passionate dietitian that believes food is fuel and so much more! She completed her master's in nutrition at the University of Idaho and then went on to complete a sport nutrition fellowship as an assistant dietitian at Stanford University. In 2018, she moved to Utah to work at an orthopedic hospital, in which she started to gain experience with a variety of populations - youth, recreational, and competitive athletes, eating disorders, orthopedics, women's health, neuro-rehab, and general wellness. Early on in her career, she recognized that every person has a unique and complex relationship to food and their body and that she wanted to walk alongside people on their journey of discovering food freedom. Her nutrition approach is rooted in exploring an individual's patterns, background, health, and goals with compassion and teamwork. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and has been working with people that struggle with eating disorders or disordered eating patterns for 7 years.

She believes that food fuels, connects, and serves people in many different ways. Many of her patients have expressed feeling heard and empowered to listen to their body's with less rigidity, more intuition and life giving structure, and improved nutrition and body knowledge.

In her free time, you can find her playing sand volleyball, in the mountains with her pup Sunny, gardening, and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends.
