Adam J Schiltz

PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, USAW

Born and raised in Rock Island, Illinois, Adam attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. After graduating from WashU in St Louis, Adam moved to Oregon to explore the great Pacific Northwest with his now wife and physical therapist, Kelsi. He completed an orthopedic residency with Therapeutic Associates, Inc while transitioning to a position at the Nike Wellness Center in Beaverton, OR. At Nike, Adam worked with former and present recreational and professional athletes and was head of Fitness Testing. Over the next 4 years, Adam worked with the Nike Climbing Project and Nike-Invictus CrossFit to reduce injury risk and effectively return injured athletes to training. Since graduating, Adam has continued to hone, progress, and modify his evaluation and treatments.

Kelsi and Adam moved to Salt Lake City, UT in 2019 to be closer to the mountains (of course), friends, and adventures. In the first few months, they began Rogue Rehabilitation and Performance, bought a home in Rose Park, and now call SLC home.
